This half duplex had a great floor plan, was walking distance to the shops in Ritchie and backed onto the Millcreek Ravine…  but it needed a serious style update.  

TurnKey Homes gutted all the bathrooms and the kitchen, ripped out all of the flooring, baseboards and trim, and started with a clean slate. Chrome fixtures, quartz countertop, fresh wide plank baseboard and trim, plush carpet with high end underlay, and hardwood floors created a modern and cozy interior. The exterior was painted a medium grey, we added cedar cladding for a modern pop, and revitalized the garage door by adding windows and black paint.
