Bellevue Edmonton Infill

Project Scope

Brett and Alaina were looking for their first new home but wanted to be close to the Edmonton river valley and downtown. They purchased a lot with ravine views but with an older home on it. We worked with them to bring their vision to a reality by tearing down the old home and building a modern, three-story Infill Home with roof top patio and spectacular views of the ravine.

Services Provided

After securing the appropriate permits for demolition and removal of the old home, TurnKey worked with the client to design a home, that would make best use of the lot, sun exposure, ravine views, hosting family and friends, and plans for a future family.

The client moved in on-time and on-budget!

We loved working with this young couple on their first new home.

The Bellevue Edmonton Infill project started with an amazing lot with ravine views and an old home on the lot slated for demolition. We worked with the couple to identity what they were looking in a home, including style, square footage, room requirements, budget and timeframe. Working with our designer and draft person, they designed a modern three-story 2087 SF home with roof top patio, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and an open concept living room kitchen with soaring 14 ft ceilings.

Once the home plans were finalized, the couple started making finishing decisions to really give their unique home that personalized touch. With modern black cabinets, brass and black fixtures and a soaring red brick fireplace, the home is as unique and urban as they are.

During construction, we met the family on-site to ensure their vision was met every step of the way, and changes they wanted could be accommodated.

We were very proud to hand over the keys on time and on budget! Please check out the construction progress by searching #bellevuemanoryeg online.
