When a designer, who works with multiple home builders and could choose any one of them for her own project — picks you to build her dream home — it is quite the honour! 

Services Provided

Lynn and Greg lived in the Hamptons for a few years but were always looking for more space for their young family. As soon as this massive pie shaped lot, just a few blocks away, came up for sale, they jumped on it. Of course, as a professional draftsperson and designer, she already had her home plans drafted; 3737 sq two-story, boasting a central column of stone from the basement up. This home was the definition of luxury with a butler’s pantry, a massive open concept kitchen and island, basement bar, fireplaces on three levels, soundproof music room and no less than 58 doors and windows! 

Later into the project, they decided to finish the 1392sq ft basement, and we were still able to hand over the keys on time and on budget! 

After all of these years working with Lynn to bring our client’s homes to fruition, it was an honor to bring her dream home to life!
