This luxury lake front cabin, with a garage loft and boathouse, was the third property TurnKey has had the honour of building for Rob, Carolyn and their family, and the sixth property we’ve built on Lac St. Anne. 

Services Provided

Rob was raised on Lac St. Anne at his family’s cabin. Now, he wanted to create a life there for his own family. Rob purchased an old cabin on a double lot and construction started with the build of a waterfront boat house with roof top patio. Next, we quickly moved on to demolition of the old cabin so that we could create the space for the new luxury lake-front estate.  

We worked with Rob to design a cabin that takes full advantage of the lake-front view, creating the perfect space for his three teenage kids and the family’s busy social life! This 4547 SF modern-rustic, luxury walk-out home has open beams, a soaring stone fireplace, four bedrooms, gym, two bars, home office, pine ceiling, in floor heat, and automatic screens on the outdoor heated patio. 

At the same time, we built their 983 SF four stall detached garage with three beds and one bath loft. And, just in case that wasn’t enough space, we wired and plumbed an RV parking area for the travelling guest!
