The Ottewell Full House Reno was completed on a 1965 house with 1985 renos. Completely redesigned and reinvented from top to bottom, the home showcases a fresh modern farmhouse feel.
The wall separating the kitchen and the living room was removed to create an open concept space with a large quartz island. The kitchen was replaced with fresh white and natural oak cabinets, open shelving and black hardware.
The TurnKey team completely redesigned the floor plan and converted a smaller bedroom into a massive ensuite with tiled walk in shower and double vanities framed by black cabinets, white subway tile, white shiplap and brass pulls. To make the best use of space, we connected the master bedroom and the ensuite with a walk-through closet, closed off by a black chevron patterned barn door. The basement floorplan was redesigned and updated as well, with plush carpet, new fixtures, trim, baseboards, lights and paint in the two bedrooms, bathroom, and large family room.
